  • "At Cosecha Partners, I had a 5-month internship working in various areas including operations, research, agronomy and marketing. I gained a better understanding of the challenges of doing agricultural work which prepared me to secure a career in this industry. My favorite experience was traveling to Waslala, Nicaragua to learn about the fermentation and drying processes of cacao. During this assignment, I documented each part of the processes to create more institutional memory."
    Vanessa Schielke
    2022 Sustainable Value Chain intern
Van Hall Larenstein (University of Applied Sciences) at Leeuwarden, Netherlands
  • "During my 3-month internship, I improved my professional communication skills with local farmers and learned more about the Cosecha Partners model working in the agriculture space in Nicaragua. My internship experience with the accounting and sourcing team helped me to improve my accounting skills and deepen my interest for helping farmers achieve commercial success on an international level"
    Danilo Rivera
    2021 Public Accounting Intern
    Universidad del Norte de Nicaragua
  • "Cosecha Partners gave me the opportunity to participate in the Human Resources and Administration Department where I refined my skills in business administration and agribusiness. I gained experience in many areas, such as community outreach, inventory, and quotation. For me, the best part of my 3-month long internship was getting to support the Community Impact and Monitoring Team by building databases that helped the team analyze the positive impact Cosecha Partners had on local farmers for that year. Because of my excellent performance as an intern, Cosecha Partners offered me a full-time position as a Human Resources and Monitoring Assistant."
